FINDING AN ISO 9001 REGISTRAR

You’ll need to begin searching for an ISO registrar during the 2 to 3 months your company is still building its quality system and SELECTING AN ISO REGISTRAR(Select a registrar that has experience within the scope category of your specific industry,)

A company and a registrar will agree on the application contract. This is an important step of the ISO Registration Process because it defines the rights and obligations of both parties, and includes liability issues, confidentiality and access rights and The registrar will require a copy of your quality manual and procedures to verify that all the requirements of the standard are addressed. In general, the flow of activities during the audit is as follows: Opening Meeting. Brief tour of the facility. Additional review of documents. Examination. Daily review. Closing Meeting. Audit Report issued.

COMPLETING ISO 9001 REGISTRATION
After all of the findings are put into the ISO audit report and nonconformities are addressed, your company has the option to register as ISO 9001 conformant. You will receive a certificate and can also be listed in a register, which the company can use to publicize its registration and use in advertising.

  1. Pan card of Proprietor / Registration of firm
  2. Scope: Deceleration on letter head about the activity of your work with authorized signature and stamp
  3. Invoice Issued: any two Xerox copy of Invoice Sales or Service, if applicable
  4. Invoice Received: any two Xerox copy of Invoice Purchase, if applicable.
  5. Incorporation Certificate/Company Pan card/Service or sale tax documents
  6. Partnership Deed of Firm/Firm Pan card

ISO's national members pay subscriptions that meet the operational cost of ISO's Central Secretariat. The dues paid by each member are in proportion to the country's Gross National Product and trade figures. Another source of revenue is the sale of standards, which covers around 36% of the budget.
